Very interesting post! This is indeed a very complicated subject. I have heard some great minds expressing the theory that with sufficient eco friendly power technology and much less consumption of meat, the Earth's resources could support many more! But equally we clearly cannot keep replicating at this rate.
        In the words of the enlightened Sadhguru: If future generations have to live well, we have to conduct our lives consciously. We have to strive for a more conscious way of determining where we want to stop. Instead of trying to reduce human aspirations, it is better to reduce our rate of reproduction. It is a much simpler thing to do.
