My 24th December

Ho Ho Ho, it's yet a day more to christmas, and over here in Ghana (West-Africa) a lot happens on this day. But throughout the activities that goes on, I love the nine lessons and carols show that is been organized at my church so much.

The singing, dancing and other exciting activities that goes on makes my 24th December a memorable one.

Since most of us know that, 25th December is a day set aside to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ (Son of God), we use 24th to welcome him through carols. We sing, dance and read his words to describe how grateful we are to him for all the sacrifices, he has done for us.

Always on this day, I wake up, listen to some cool christmas carols and enjoy a lot of movies. There is this particular movies I always watch no matter what it takes. These movies includes Home Alone, Easter bunny and Baby's day out. I really enjoy them a lot so that, no matter what it takes, I watch them before 24th December ends.

During the night of 24th December, I go for the NINE LESSONS AND CAROLS show. This show is been adorned with some 9 selected Bible verses, which I will state 8 of them for you to guess the nineth one.
Throughout these lessons, carols are been sang at intervals as a welcoming of the Son of Man (Jesus Christ) to earth in the form of human.

• 4TH LESSON : ISAIAH 9 : 2, 6-7

• 6TH LESSON : MATTHEW 2 : 1- 11

• 7TH LESSON : ISAIAH 11 : 1-4

• 8TH LESSON : ISAIAH 40 : 11 - 15

All through this day, there is this particular song, I listen over and over again. And this song is entitled
