Consider The Opinion of Others

There are many advantages attached to considering people's opinion before making a decision that affects all, especially in the family. Ideas contributed can be worthwhile if only you give them an opportunity air there opinion.
As the head of the family, it is good to always listen to the opinion of your wife, children and everyone present before making a decision that affects the family later in the future. Same applies to your work place, team etc.
Always be willing to give listening ears to the opinion of others. While they make/contribute their opinions, try to remain patient even if you don't agree with their opinion.
Make sure to respect their opinion even if you don't agree with them, by kindly/mildly explaining to them why their idea is not good enough. Never tell someone that their opinion is useless or lame.
Friends trust me, it is worth the effort to consider the opinion of others before taking the next step.
