Make Being Positive Attitude your lifestyle

"Be Positive", These are the words you often listen from everyone whenever you seek for an advice , right ? But why always be positive. We are humans, we have feelings and one never has any control over his thoughts. Thats why they say Minds rule the world, not the people.
Human psychology says that its a normal human behavior to always think about the negative aspect of the things. Human mind is always attracted to dark sides more faster than the brighter sides. Thats why its always hard to drop a bad habit and even more harder to start a good habit.
But having negative thoughts is normal.Its not something to worry. What creates a problem is that you start relying on them only. There is an ancient saying "Ati Sarvada Vinashite" means excess of anything is dangerous. So if you start only focusing on negative aspects, then you will end making your life miserable only.
Brain is main control system of our body. It serves commands to your nervous system that further make you capable of doing stuff with your body parts. So what if control system is defected. Don't you think it will affect the complete structure then. Same happens with brain when you are always thinking negative, getting angry or be stressful.
If you start thinking only bad things and then continue this for long, obviously your thoughts will be molded accordingly and then mind will start thinking only negative aspects. Even if something normal is going on , you will be suspicious whether its gonna harm you or not, it should happen or not. And this is how you start avoiding things. You always afraid of accepting challenges. You start hating people more. You get offended on minor things.
Then your mind will hesitate to start any new thing either in life, career , relationships, love , family as you will be already having a readymade perception about everything bad that can happen.
These things when start happening in routine, your stress level will increase. We all are pretty much aware of how stress affects or life.
In a same way, if you prepare your mind to see positive aspects, over the time it will be habitual to that and you will start taking good things out of life. You enjoy each day, each moment. You will be  always joyful. Not having fear of taking a new start.Always ready to take challenges.
But the change never happens in a day or two. You have to prepare yourself for that. You are now earning at age of 25 but for that you had to be capable. You had spend 16 years of your life in learning things, going through around 100 exams, fighting a crucial competition with unemployed crowd and then even fighting to persist yourself in the field. And this fight will go on. You will always find yourself in a situation where you can't see any path to move ahead. If you sit there and start cursing your life and luck to put you into such situation, you will never be able to get out from there.But If you keep your calm and think wisely, you will obviously be able to find something to move a step ahead.So you have to train your mind to get off negative thoughts and observe the lightening view. Its hard to follow but easier than Impossible.
This world will always be full of problems. If there would not be any problem , no one will be trying to find solution. You eat because you feel hungry. For getting the food you need money and then you have to work hard to earn that money. Thats Life. It never stops. You have to maintain the pace otherwise you will be left alone somewhere.
How can you maintain that pace when you are already loaded with negative thoughts, stress in bulk? You will have to release that.
Think of it. ITS NEVER TOO LATE UNTIL ITS FINISHED.
