Life at University: 1 Month Until Exams... panic setting in...

I live in constant waves of anxiety and happiness, shifting between knowing I can do everything if I put my mind to it yet also knowing I'm lazy as fuck...

So much work to do...

5 assignments, 2 test in the next 2 weeks. Need to do 10+ hours of work per day just to catch up because I've done hardly anything this semester...

Instead of doing my work I'm here writing a Steemit article HAHA

How did I end up here???

Honestly, not sure... well I am sure, it's because I lack discipline. I don't do anything until it's almost due and when everything is due at once, I start to panic and even less gets done until I do each thing half assed the night before. Living in a perpetual cycle of doing nothing and doing next to nothing and hyper overdrive.

Right now I have a test coming up on Thursday, an assignment due in on Friday and Sunday and barely started any of them. So little time and so much to do but I just wanna keep writing more Steemit articles!!

New semester new me!! (hopefully...)

In about 2 months, I'll be starting my next semester! Hopefully, when the new semester comes I will be able to pick up my game and start being on top of my work and on top of my life!

Yesterday was the first time I really posted a personal rant on Steemit... and it was fun! I also had a lot of replies on it and many people seemed to care about what I had to say and cared about my life. It's quite fun telling my life to people around the world who don't really know me, never met me nor will you guys ever meet me!

The main method of overcoming fear and self-doubt is "gradual load." The essence of the method is to act gradually. If, for example, a person is afraid of heights, and even can not think about air travel, it is not necessary to start with what is scary to do. To start with any minimum increment – say, up to the fifth floor, walk up to the window sill, to make sure that everything is in order and to carefully watch out the window. The same with the preparation for the exam, the more you train, the easier and easier it will be on the actual exam. So take the practice tests and decide, decide, decide. First, just train to solve tasks of different types, then do it on time.

Great tips! What I get from that is just do my work gradually. I guess I always do nothing and plan to do like 10 hours of work in a day and get overwhelmed. Tomorrow I'll just try to do as much as I can, set a small minimum and a reasonable amount I should do and an ambitious maximum!
