Studying the colour code can assist you in developing a better relationship with your boss, spouse, parents, children and co-workers by recognising and understanding their core personalities which is their trait and influence their behaviour. You will learn what brings out the best and worst in them and what you should and should not do. This is just a basic summary, for you to get the real value you need to read the book or attend a workshop.

When I attended this course, it was to enable me to cope, understand and guide my four children as a divorced mother. Today I studied in depth the white core personality from a total new perspective and I realized all the things I did wrong in my relationship with my ex (him being a “white” and me being a “blue”). Our personalities are shaped by many things, we inherit some genetically form our parents which can be altered by life’s experiences and environment, religion and culture can play a vital role too.

What make a white?

The white core personality: are peaceful people, logical thinkers and none-controlling. "Everything comes to he who waits."

White Positives:

are diplomatic, easily agreeable and accommodating with a even tempered personality. Comes across as calm and collective but deep inside the storm is raging. They bring balance in the chaotic life of business. They ask very little in life, “just bring me peace” should be their motto. They are generous and kind. Excellent listeners and quite objective.

White Negatives:

They can look someone straight in the eye and lie, rationalizing that it will be more beneficial to prevent conflict for that moment. A white will never put himself on the line for the fear of rejection. Silent stubbornness is one of your greatest limitations. They are too content and passive, do not fuel relationships as they feel you should take what they give and if you’re unhappy you are free to go. For a white it is all about feeling good and will disconnect if they do not feel it.

What you should do for your white:

To bring the best out in a white personality you need to treat them with kindness and respect, as like everyone else, they enjoy feeling good. They are different from the norm, you will need to accept their individuality and independence, give them the space they need to thrive. They do not walk with their feelings out on their sleeves so you need to look out for their nonverbal clues to be able to know what they really feel. They are very content with themselves and life, do not bring your drama into their lives as they have no time for it.

Things you should never do to a white:

You do not want to get on the wrong side of a white, they are very peaceful but when they had enough it will be like “unleashing a beast”. They do not appreciate cruelness, insensitivity, and people with insecurities. When asking them questions, do not expect an immediate answer, give them time to think so they can order their thoughts and give you a well-structured answer. Do not confront them directly, engage in a conversation and discuss the issues you have in a calm and collective manner. They do not like to be on the spot or out in the lime light, do not expect them to take the led, they would rather prefer to go off and do their own thing. If you try to domineer a white you will have them on their hind legs in a split second.
