It's been a productive day...
We're painting the inside of the house, getting it ready for the inspection in-laws, who are coming to visit us for Christmas. The walls have seen better days, so probably did need a fresh coat of paint anyway.
We alos decided to go for a darker wall to add a bit of character and warmth to the house as the old colour was quite bright and showed the dirt easily. The dark colour is called "earl grey" and the light "grand piano."
The house is starting to look like new again. Still a bit to go, but hopefully will get in a good day of painting in tomorrow again.
I also managed to coach a basketball game in between all of this work... we won!! So it's been a good day all round.
