El día de San Valentín, se celebra a nivel mundial, esta es la semana para celebrar el amor! es una ocasión especial para las parejas que salen a compartir su amor, a darse detalles y a celebrar su unión, también podría tomarse como un día comercial, el mejor día para las floristerías, sin embargo es importante saber que el amor no es sólo sentimentalmente de parejas. Quisiera hacer una reflexión sobre mi significado del amor.
El amor es una energía que puede encontrarse en todas partes, es la expresión más grande en el universo, por amor hemos sido creados y llegamos al vientre materno, como una muestra del afecto entre dos personas, el amor es una ley universal que gobierna los sentidos.
El amor es mágico y jubiloso, es una expresión de felicidad y gratitud que se expande y se puede sentir en el aire, en un hogar hay amor en cada rincón, amor hacia los padres y hacia los hijos, hermanos y tíos, el amor nos ayuda a perdonar y a crecer, es una fuente para evolucionar, sin embargo, el amor siempre nace y florece desde nuestro interior.
Todo ser humano debe comenzar por amarse a sí mismo, para poder amar sanamente a los demás, sentir amor hacia su ser espiritual, amor por su vida y su personalidad, por su cuerpo y por su luz. El iniciar con esta reflexión sobre sí mismos nos lleva a darle gracias al padre creador del universo, de la tierra y de los seres vivos, el amor más grande es el que se siente hacia el ser superior, el arquitecto del universo, luego te darás cuenta que tú eres amor porque eres un reflejo de su inmensidad.
Tú eres amor y has venido al mundo con la misión de amar a los demás y de compartir tu luz a través de ella puedes sentir la energía creadora, la luz del amor en ti irradia paz y seguridad, el amor hace grandes a las personas y pequeños los problemas, el amor nos ayuda a superar cualquier barrera y a sentir que todo es posible.
El amor está en todas las relaciones interpersonales, sin embargo se piensa que el amor más grande es el de una madre hacia sus hijos, una vez que nace un bebé tan esperado la madre sabe que sólo está ella para protegerlo en el mundo y es sublime que un ser se cree dentro de su cuerpo, vuelve el amor a nacer desde nosotros mismos. Por eso la mujer es la persona más dulce y amorosa que existe, porque tiene el poder de concebir y dar vida.
El amor lo es todo, si todos sintiéramos la intensidad del amor en cada etapa e instante de nuestras vidas, el mundo sería un mejor lugar para vivir, sin tanto conflicto, guerra y aflicción, antes de hacer daño todos pensaríamos en dar amor. Sin embargo, el materialismo e individualismo a abarcado gran parte de la mente humana, dejando menos espacio para los sentimientos, podemos cambiar eso si tomamos el control de nuestros actos y pensamos más con el alma, siempre mirando el interior, sintiendo con cada célula de nuestro ser.
Ama, siente, crea, imagina y exterioriza tu amor!
