How I save my eyes from fatigue and what is palming

Greetings to you, dear friends and guests of the blog!

We all sit on debt for computers, because it's hard to get away from Steemit;) But vision is not official, you have to take care of it, otherwise there will be nothing to read and watch posts and photos are interesting.

But seriously, many of us work at the computer, and then they rest. Plus a lot of different gadgets, without which someone is just anywhere. I like reading and reading e-books more often than paper editions (it's not convenient to read at night, but the time for reading is not yet available).

In general, I periodically try to maintain my vision so that it does not deteriorate. What do you need to do for this?

First, it's all the known exercises, when you can lead the eyes clockwise and counter-clockwise, look through the glass at the remote object, and then at the speck on the glass, often-blink.

By the way, about blinking - we are when especially involved in the process of contemplating something from the monitor, we blink less often. Because of this, the eyes begin to dry, inflame, blush, a feeling of sand.

But if you follow the process of blinking and do not allow the drying of the eyes, then the discomfort will be much lower. Or not at all, if you stay for a while at the computer.

Secondly, it's a palming. I consider it a great invention of ancestors, since it is believed that this exercise to us has come from the depths of centuries.

What do I need to do?

We rub palms well against each other so that they decently warm up. Then we put the fingers of one palm on the fingers of the other palm, crossing them, as shown in the photo below.

And then we cover our eyes with the palms, as in the photo above. It should happen that each eye "looks" in the middle of the palm.

The eyes will necessarily be closed, relax as much as possible and think about something good, and maybe dream.

Since you need to relax, and standing to do it is quite difficult, it is better to sit down. And if you work in a separate room or at home, you can do this exercise right at your desk. In general, you need some support for elbows. For example, as in the photo below.

It is necessary to sit in such a dreamy position for about 3 minutes. Then, without opening your eyes, remove your hands, gently rub your eyes with their fists without a strong pressure on your eyes. Then open your eyes and blink often.

If you did everything correctly, you will notice at first that the colors of the surrounding world have become a little brighter and clearer. At least it works this way.

Why is this happening?

Remember, we rubbed our hands before bringing them to our eyes. In theory, we just let our eyes warm up, relax and relax. And all this gives such an effect.

I have been using this exercise for a little over a year. For a computer, I sometimes have to spend quite a lot of time, so without this exercise, I think I would not get off the eye drops to moisten and relieve tension.

And so I calmly go without them for a little more than a year.

At the end of my post, I still want to recommend periodically looking at the green color. It also acts soothingly on the eyes :)
