A moment of Reflection

There are moments in life where it is necessary to make a pause and breathe, contemplate what is around you, what you are feeling, ask yourself what you are doing, how and for what.

We rarely realize the need for these moments until we hit them, sometimes the impact is against the bottom of the abyss into which we have been consciously or unconsciously falling; other times, the crash is against a self-imposed armored glass, which allows us to see the happiness that is there within our reach, but prevents us from touching it; and in some cases, the confrontation is more shocking, it is against our reflection in the mirror, which through the broken glass of our vision, distorts what is right in front of us, what we carry inside.

They are all beautiful words written with the wind as a pen for publications like this one, for inspiring images ... they are all words uttered with fire from the mouths of wise men, psychologists, philosophers, coaches ... Are they just words? Empty words that fade away? The emptiness is nothing more than the overwhelming possibilities that make us feel in the nothingness of indecision.

Wind is air in movement, words written with air as ink are the source of oxygen for those who choose to breathe the essence and the message they contain. Fire is life, force of creation and transformation, words enunciated in fire invite change, action, only if you decide to light your life with its flame. In the end, if they are just words or not, it depends on how willing you are to read them, listen to them, RECEIVE them.

A moment of reflection, it is a moment to breathe, it is a moment to receive, to allow you to feel the good, the bad, the big, the small, the fear, the sadness, the joy, the anger ... it is a moment to realize that you are still alive, and that you can choose what to do now, how to do it and why.
