Once there was King who was very much interested in poetry. One day he invited all the poets and recruit them in his castle. Days later the King noticed that all the poets are fighting among themselves and jealous of one another, but when they come to palace then they start praising the King for getting some rewards.

Among those poets was one other poet who would not come to palace until the king invite him, nor he would praise the king in his poems, his name was Feroz.

One day the king invited all the poets, and announced that who ever will praise me with truth, will be awarded with a diamond.

One poet presented his poem in praising the king, receiving good response from the crowd, and the king awarded him a diamond.

After him, the second poet presented his poem in praising the king and received his diamond. All the poets had their poems presented to king and received their diamonds and leaving the palace in a happy mood.

Feroz has presented nothing, the King asked, "What you have written? present it". Feroz said in reply, O Lord !! You are clever and enlightened, you respect poets, but you put a horse and a donkey in same Stable, and he start counting the weaknesses of King.

The crowd in palace was amazed to see the King awarding him a diamond too. When the function was over, every poet start running towards the jewelers to sell their diamonds.

The next day King invited all the poets and asked them "Who is mourning with my reward"?, poets complained that, besides Feroz's diamond, all others were fake and not original.

The King smiled and replied, " Their is nothing strange in it, who praised me with a lie received a fake diamond and who told the truth received an original diamond."

Hearing this reply from the King, all the poets felt a shame.
