Marijuana Smokers Have Gun Rights, Too (Raw Liberty 23)
It's not okay to deny marijuana smokers their second amendment rights to keep and bear arms.
A recent federal court ruling says it's legal to deny marijuana card holders the ability to purchase a firearm because marijuana use “raises the risk of irrational or unpredictable behavior with which gun use should not be associated.”
If they're going to ban drug users from owning firearms, they should start with those adrenaline junkies killing innocents left and right: cops
Pot smokers have EVERY right to own and use guns. Alcohol consumers do and it is the true evil in our society but hey what do I know. Show me stats where someone stoned went for the gun over the pizza. Show me stats or outnumbering cases of stoned gun toting people committed crimes outnumbering alcohol and gun related crimes. Hell, if we should start anywhere it should be pharmaceuticals. If this were the case though no American could own a gun cause big pharma's got em' all hooked. Wait... I should shut up before I give them an idea....... whoops. By the way I don't use and I own and believe in guns.
Their logic is always so insanely wrong. There has been exactly zero desths due to marijuana, while people who drink alcohol cause death all the time by drinking and driving, fighting, and suicide.
If they're trying to restrict guns (not that I agree with this at all) they should start with alcoholics who tend to use guns the most when committing suicide or killing loved ones in a drunken rage.
Nicely said. Their first mistake is trying to legislate individual choice for 300 million people. One size does not fit all.
Nevada is supposed to pass recreational use this November (according to a high times editorial) So I could not renew my medical card. Or is it have one once and you get no guns forever?

George, first discovered you on the Tube. I started out in my youth as an idealistic democrat and soon discovered they didn't have the answers. Switched to the Republicans for awhile until I realized they were a problem too. When I discuss politics with people I challenge them to free themselves from the intellectual slavery of affiliating with a political party. It's just way to easy to check your brain at the door and believe the crap the parties dish out.
Realize now that there are really only two types of politicians - those that want to preserve individual rights and liberties (very few of them) and the statists that enjoy consolidating power for themselves Just joined STEEMIT and don't really know what I'm doing yet but I do know that I am following You!
