월요일 새벽엔 요가구업을 가요
이효리가 배운다는 하타요가랍니다
5월에 제주도에서 한주훈쌤 수업을 한번 들은적이 있는데 다녀온 이후 좋은 일이 마니 생기네요 ^^
기운이 좋은 곳인가봅니다
천안에도 한주훈쌤 제자가 운영하는 요가원이 있어 다니고 있습니다
가끔 미친새벽에 일어나 이른아침 기운을 받으면 온갖근심이 옅어지는 기분이 들곤합니다
오늘은 특히나 요가가는길이 즐거운 날이에요
하늘이 너무 이쁜 새벽 4시50분....
