. 미국 사업 관련 법무팀장을 support 및 본사 글로벌 법무 팀과 협업을 하는 자리입니다.

주요 업무 (other duties may be assigned as needed)

. Draft, review, and assist in negotiating general and commercial agreements

. Draft and review documents required for corporate transactions

. Provide legal advice to the business in relation to commercial law, corporate law, antitrust law, intellectual property law,

labor & employment law, immigration law and product liability issues

. Manage investigations, litigations, and disputes

. Manage corporate formality and regulatory reporting

. Review and establish internal policies and guidelines based on legal standards and the compnay's guidelines (including conducting

internal audits to verify compliance with policies and guidelines)

. Monitor legislation, regulations, and compliance matters that could impact the business

. Provide and supervise legal training to internal clients

. Manage performance, relationship, and budget with external counsel

. Coordinate with Global Legal Team in Korea

지원 자격

. J.D. degree in the U.S. or equivalent degree from non-U.S. foreign law school

. Qualified to practice law in any state of the U.S.

. At least 2 years’ experience in private practice or in-house

. Experience in labor & employment law preferred

. Verbal / written communication skills in both English and Korean

. Strategic and analytical skills

. Able to collaborate across different teams

. Proficient in Microsoft Office
