Harbor of Cuxhaven
Although you can only see ships in the background (and one fishing boat on the left side), it really is a harbor - the harbor of Cuxhaven in Germany, to be specific. I loved the clouds on that day, the reflections of the sky in the water, the lengthy form of the basin which made it look like it was leading towards infinity.
