Geoje Island is known for its numerous beaches, each one beautiful in its own way. Over the Korean thanksgiving holiday (추석), I had the chance to visit Myeongsa Beach (명사 해수욕장) for the first time. It was great to see people enjoying the beautiful landscape, walking on the bridge, taking in the breeze, and even picking oysters and other sea creatures from the water. The clear water against the backdrop of lush mountains is definitely a sight to behold.
