The Stuibenfall Klettersteig

Here is the adventour story about the beautiful climbing & hiking trail along the stunning 159m high Stuibenfall waterfall.

The Stuibenfall Klettersteig is a very beautiful and above all not too difficult via ferrata in the immediate vicinity of the imposing Stuibenfall waterfall in Umhausen-Niederthai with a climbing distance of 450m.
The trail is very well laid out and equipped with a lot of iron braces. Nevertheless, it requires good sure-footedness and a head for heights.

The first part of the via ferrata leads along the rock face of Niederthai until you come to a small rest stop, a small bench, below a ledge.
Then you climb directly on the left side of the Suibenfall until you reach the fantastic finale.

Here adventurous people have the opportunity to cross the waterfall on a tightrope.
You can see the 159m high Stuibenfall from a slightly different perspective if one stands directly below the waterfall.

After the final wire rope walk over the waterfall, you can still admire the beautiful nature.
Later we will go back to the stairs and the suspension bridge.

A really great via ferrata, which is a lot of fun and not too difficult.

Another very nice via ferrata near the Stuibenfall is the premium via ferrata Lehner Wasserfall, where you also climb along a beautiful waterfall.
