일찍 일어나기

요즘에 일찍일어나려고 노력하는 중입니다
주말같은 경우에는 대부분 9시 넘어서 일어났는데
그러다보니 토요일 일요일이 너무 빨리가는것 같더라구요..^^

그래서 좀 더 규칙적인 생활도 할고 시간의 여유를 즐길겸 일찍일어나게 되었습니다
가끔은 꽤 피곤하기도 한데 그래도 점차 적응되서 할만 하네요~
