Today I was engaged in meat for half a day, now there are stocks of meat for at least a month in advance, and maybe even for two. And there is definitely a supply of fat for 3-4 months at all. Today, my godmother gave me 11.2 kg of a domestic pig for 280 rubles. Although I still prefer chicken and turkey. I cooked steaks from a turkey leg, to be honest, they turned out so-so. I pickled them for a day in wine + mineral water. It tastes good, but harsh. I cooked on the grill. Maybe it was necessary to put out a little more to make the meat even softer.
