Muksteem/ steamed goat meat, 염소 수육
점심회식으로 끌려간 흑염소 전문점... ㅠㅠ
각오했던 것보다 냄새도 없고,
의외로 고기가 부드럽고 맛있어서 깜놀 ㅋㅋ
다음에 또 먹으러 가는걸로... :)

맛은 어떤가요? 저는 한번도 먹어본적이 없어 상상이 잘 안되네요. ㅎㅎ
저도 고기라고는 돼지랑 소, 양 정도인데...
굉장히 부드러운 새끼 돼지고기 같았습니다.
비게 비율이 좀더 많은 느낌??
무엇보다 이질적인 냄새가 하나도 안나서~
아주 맛있었어요//
가끔씩 특별한 음식 먹고싶을때 생각날것 같아요 :)

저도 예전에 부산에서 흑염소 고기 먹어봤는데 맛있었던 기억이 아직도 있네요. 기회가 된다면 다음에도~
네~ 저도 편식이 심한편이어서, 먹기전에는 거부감 있었는데
막상 먹어보니 의외로 노멀하고 맛있어서 놀랬어요 ㅎ
신이내린 보양식이라고 하니 함께 시킨 막걸리도 맛있게 넘어가더군요 ㅎ
올여름 가기전에 한번 도전하시길! :)
