1. 아상을 버려라

살아나가는 게 그냥 그대로인데 줬다' 하면 벌써 걸리는 것이다. 실은 준 사이도 없으니받았다' 하는 것도 걸리는 것이다. 24시간 살아가면서 `내가 했다'고 한다면 일일이 걸리는게 얼마나 많겠는가. 매듭 짓기는 쉬워도 매듭 풀기는 어려우니 짓지 말고 주인공에다 놓아라.

If you think you've given something when it's just the way it is, you've already taken it. In fact, it takes time to receive' because there is no giving. If you live 24 hours a day and say,I did it,' how many things will take you a long time. It's easy to tie a knot, but it's hard to untie a knot, so don't tie it, let the main character do it.
