I agree with you, ginseng is a wonder plant. I don’t remember seeing fresh ginseng root here, I always buy dried. But I will look for it because I want to do your honey concoction, it must be really good for health and very tasty too. 😋
I have always heard that ginseng tea is good for your health and I know people who swear by it. You method of making it by sealing the ginseng in a jar with honey is easy enough that I might just have to give it a try!

Excellent I have heard of the benefit of ginseng and am keen to try it for health and vitality. One of the wonder products of the world.
As for herbal medicine ginseng is definitely one to explore. Personally I go with herbal first, especially just for random small things, unless I have something bad and contagious.
