Who is Knitrias?

I'm Doctor Knitrias Maryana, I can say that I'm a character from a time when everything was determined by precise codes and calculations of our technology. I was born in a laboratory and by myself I designed my own son before I was 20 years old. The story which I come from was cut short in the middle of a fork in a blockchain, my spirit wants to find ways to overcome the separation by proposing a positive plan of action. • Situation in Steem: We are going through a time when are needed initiatives to support and retain valuable users with education in the operation and the best ways to harness the potential of this blockchain and its applications.

• The project will consist of the creation of a group of 10 accounts that have between 0 and 150 sp. to boost them to the Minnow level. Having accounts with some SP will be important in muttually accelerating the accounts growth.

• The project seeks to be transparent and self-regulating.

First stage

• A second publication will be made in approximately two weeks in which the Mission and Vision of the project is expressed, which will also include the shared ideas and the adjustments suggested in the comments on this proposal and Roadmap. This second publication will also serve as a Announcement and presentation space for the candidates.

• Nomination campaign: 2 weeks are proposed from the publication of the Announcement, which will be closed when reaching 25 candidates according to the publication time of their applications. It will not be possible to edit the applications, this implies disqualification. In the event of an error in the application, it is preferable to delete the comment (if still possible) and republish, in which case the time of the second publication counts. • Criteria for the selection of the candidates:

+In this first stage, the group will accept only two members who declare that their publications will only be in English and only two who declare that they will publish only in Spanish.

+During their stay, they will be encouraged to adknowledge and writing in another language of their choice, through publications and comments.

+Why English? It is a language that allows connection with people from all over the world.

+Why Spanish? It's the native language of the first reviewer, @leveuf.

+Anyone interested in the project will be able to review bilingual applications in languages ​​other than those mentioned above.

+In subsequent stages and according to the development of the project, new roles will be determined around the organization of the work among all its members, as well as other participation plans for users who wish to support the project.

• The application process will consist of a presentation (preferably bilingual) authored by the candidate himself through a comment in the Announcement post, with the option of receiving support through votes and comments on his work by all interested in the project. It is not advisable to use curation trails at this stage of the application to better appreciate the organic support they can get, although it is not prohibited either. The amount or number of votes and comments does not determine the selection.

• Final selection by: @leveuf. Results will be published. There will be no appeal process.

• The @leveuf account withdraws its current delegation, leaving only 150 sp to the @knitrias account, which will have been voting for other users, including possible candidates or users who may be interested in the development and/or support of the project. The first stage concludes when the voting power in @knitrias is at 100% vp and 150 sp delegated by @leveuf. Setting of the votes. Stage 2 must begin.

Second stage

• Duration: 6 months.

• Goal: The accounts must come to own by themselves the amount of 500 sp. Each account that reaches 500 sp along the way gives his place to a new account.

It is considered in this context that it could be helpful in the growth of the accounts, however it will be at the user's discretion to use it or not. If so, it may be in posts, no more than once a day. No self-vote in comments.

+The rest of the votes may be distributed at the user's discretion in the publications of their interest, trying to the maximum extent to leave positive comments to other authors.

+Each member will try to make a distribution of the five votes for other members so that they do not focus on the same users over time. However, at the same time it will be necessary to attend to the faster growth of the smallest accounts.

+Members who do not publish on a daily basis are encouraged to make a really meaningful comment of considerable length in a post by a fellow member of the Project. One comment per day may be voted instead of the post.

+Members are encouraged to keep voting power above 75%

+Members must agree to power up at least 75% of the weekly rewards.

+The intention is to maintain the greatest activity of the group in the blockchain without using other servers at this stage to share information, publications, comments and activity proposals.

+Members are encouraged to use constantly the tag #knitrias-project and upvote the weekly report.

• The @knitrias account will publish weekly reports with a summary of the content of the members' publications related to the project. As well as pertinent statistics to observe the development of the members' accounts and also the transactions carried out by the @knitrias' wallet.

• Members are continuously invited to write parallel scenes or possible developments in the story of Dr. Knitrias Maryana and the other characters in "The logevity Statute". Even new characters are welcomed. This, however, is not mandatory.

• Each week the report will propose to the members a topic of research and content production around the context of the blockchain that is the first headquarters of this project. The proposed topics can range from the basic description of a blockchain, through the consensus algorithms PoW, PoS, DPoS, Voting System, RC's, Nodes / Witnesses, Proposal System, Applications; as well as issues regarding the format and presentation of posts, copyrights, promotion, etc. This activity will be constantly promoted and although it is not obligatory, strategies will be sought so that all members find at some point means of expression on these topics in their publications for the Project.

• Among the publications for the project you can talk about characteristics or news of the various cryptocurrencies in terms of description and analysis, however it is proposed to discourage those publications that invite trading or provide financial advice or referral links, however they will not be strictly prohibited, especially if the information of the post, the knowledge, opportuny and its presentation are worth it.

• Members share their posts and news of their own activities within the group in the comment section of the weekly reports.

• The Knitrias Project does not share or is opposed to any particular or general point of view in the authors' posts, opinions or comments, nor does it assume any right or responsibility for the work of its members.

• Votes for member's posts will be scheduled automatically within 5 minutes of posting, with voting paused if 80% voting power is reached. Thus avoiding the judgment of the administrator when voting or any delay in the voting time. Attention to the current voting power in the @knitrias account will be the responsibility of each member. Member comments to receive daily vote will be supported manually, as well as votes that have not been automatically cast. (Review in Mérida, Mex. time).

• Despite the automation of voting, all supported posts and comments will receive a review comment by @leveuf account.

• The Knitrias Project will always encourage good communication among its members and with all steem users. It will only implement basic rules for permanence in the group, without becoming responsible for issuing any judgment or penalty on the activities of its members or their work.

• The focus of the project will be promoting creativity, encouragement to work and mutual, productive and pro-active cooperation among its members.

• Any self-regulatory proposal found as useful or necessary by the members of the group will be attended, always taking into account the principle of balance between freedom of expression of individuals and their strategies for the adequate communication of messages and respect among all members. and to all users.

• The @knitrias account will re-steem the supported and also the most interesting posts of its members and other users.

• The @knitrias account will start voting with its own sp creating a trail with a first member, the @leveuf account following at 30% (at this time @leveuf will only have +/- 300 sp). About the @knitrias account

• The @knitrias account only votes publications and comments from users supported by a delegation from the Knitrias Project or eventually any of its graduated members.

• The account @knitrias will never vote the account @leveuf or that of any user who supports it via trail or delegation and does not belong to the members of the work group.

• The @leveuf account can receive notifications but will not attend to project issues on his account blog.

• One daily vote per member. 10 daily votes. In case of special publications: 1 more vote when possible (members only).

• The @knitrias account does not vote witnesses or SPS proposals. But it can promote awareness of those projects among its members and invite them to spread the information through each one audience.

• It is sought in this first stage that the @knitrias account can reach through its activity at least 500 sp. A new member will be added to the group supported through @knitrias delegations if the account reaches 1000 sp during the first four months of work.

• During these 6 months, a possible account creation process will be evaluated using @knitrias liquid rewards or donations, which may be designated to the invitation under the supervision of one of the members who is fit and willing to do so. According to their evolution from their creation, these new accounts would be on the waiting list to join the delegation support of the Knitrias Project.

• Near to the six months of conclusion of the first stage, it will be evaluated if the project continues under the following conditions:

  • The members have developed a good working environment within the collaboration group and there are wishes to continue working.
  • Members who are graduates or who are about to graduate are also willing to support new members with their delegations.
  • The project has garnered positive attention and support from a growing number of users.
  • A distribution of activities and responsibilities is established among members interested in continuing to participate in the growth of the Project in a spirit of autonomy and self-management.
  • The @leveuf account undertakes, if the Project continue, to maintain the support of up to 5 members, gradually reducing its participation as more members graduate or the @knitrias account can itself support the delegations.

• In case the suspension of activities is determined, the @knitrias account will power down the entire accumulated sp, distributing 75% weekly for power up of the members who have covered the entire first stage. 25% will be donated in fluid weekly to important projects decided among the users and initiatives that have supported the Knitrias Project.

Primera etapa

¿Quién es Knitrias?

Soy la Doctora Knitrias Maryana, podemos decir que soy un personaje de un tiempo en el que todo estaba determinado por los códigos y los cálculos precisos de nuestra tecnología. Yo por ejemplo nací en un laboratorio y diseñé a mi propio hijo antes de llegar a los 20 años. La historia de donde provengo quedó truncada en medio de una bifurcación en la cadena de bloques, mi espíritu desea buscar los medios de superar la separación proponiendo un plan positivo de acción. La respuesta estará seguramente en proponer inspiración a un grupo de autores y que tal vez muchas lineas sigan trazando el posible curso de esta historia. Tengo algunas ideas.

• Situación en Steem: Pasamos por un tiempo en el que harán falta iniciativas de apoyo y retención de usuarios valiosos y con educación en el uso y las mejores formas de aprovechar el potencial de esta cadena de bloques y sus aplicaciones.

• El proyecto consistirá en la creación de un grupo de 10 cuentas que posean entre 0 y 150 sp. para impulsarlas hasta el nivel Minnow. Contar con cuentas con algo de SP será importante para acelerar el crecimiento mutuo de las cuentas.

• El proyecto busca ser transparente y auto-regulable.

• Se hará una segunda publicación en un plazo aproximado de dos semanas en la que se exprese la Misión y la Visión del proyecto, en la que se incluirán también las ideas vertidas y los ajustes sugeridos en los comentarios a esta propuesta y Ruta de trabajo. Esta segunda publicación servirá también de Convocatoria y espacio de presentación de los candidatos.

• Campaña de candidaturas: Se proponen 2 semanas a partir de la publicación de la Convocatoria, la cual se cerrará al llegar a 25 candidatos según el tiempo de publicación de sus postulaciones. No será posible editar las postulaciones, esto implica descalificación. En caso de algún error en la postulación es preferible eliminar el comentario (de ser aún posible) y volver a publicar, en cuyo caso cuenta el tiempo de la segunda publicación. El número mínimo de candidatos para iniciar el proyecto al transcurrir estas dos semanas será 10.

• Entre los criterios para la selección de los candidatos se encontrarán:

+Contar con un mínimo de cinco publicaciones de temática libre y con un nivel suficiente de comunicación en los temas de interés de cada cuenta.

+Haber realizado por lo menos un power up sin importar la cantidad en las últimas dos semanas.

+No plagio. Haber mostrado atención en colocar las fuentes en sus publicaciones con independencia del formato.

+Historial adecuado de interacciones vía comentarios.

+Interés en el trabajo en equipo.

+Interés en el funcionamiento del ecosistema en la blockchain de steem.

+Interés en el crecimiento de su cuenta.

+La intención es que sea un grupo de la mayor diversidad de nacionalidades posible, aunque buscando que la mayoría de las publicaciones puedan ser bilingües, contando con traducción al inglés.

+En esta primera etapa el grupo aceptará únicamente a dos miembros que manifiesten que sus publicaciones sólo estarán en inglés y únicamente dos que manifiesten que publicarán únicamente en español.

+A ellos se les impulsará durante su estancia al conocimiento y escritura en otro idioma de su preferencia, a través de publicaciones y comentarios.

+¿Por qué español? Es la lengua materna de @leveuf quien realizará revisiones.

+¿Por qué inglés? Es un idioma que permite la conexión con gente de todo el mundo.

+Cualquier interesado en el proyecto podrá hacer revisión de postulaciones bilingües en idiomas distintos de los antes mencionados.

+En siguientes etapas y de acuerdo al desarrollo del proyecto nuevos roles se irán determinando en torno a la organización del trabajo entre todos sus miembros, así como otros planes de participación para usuarios que deseen apoyar el proyecto.

• El proceso de postulación consistirá en una presentación (bilingüe preferentemente) bajo la autoría del propio candidato a través de un comentario en la última publicación de la Convocatoria, con la opción de recibir apoyo a través de votos y comentarios sobre su trabajo por todos los interesados en el proyecto. No es aconsejable usar trails de curación en esta etapa de las candidaturas para apreciar el apoyo orgánico que estas puedan conseguir, aunque tampoco está prohibido. El monto o número de los votos y comentarios no determina la selección.

• Selección final a cargo de: @leveuf. Se hará la publicación de resultados. No habrá proceso de apelación.

• La cuenta @leveuf retira su delegación actual dejando únicamente 150 sp a la cuenta @knitrias, que habrá estado votando a otros usuarios, entre ellos posibles candidatos o usuarios que pudieran interesarse en el desarrollo y/o apoyo al proyecto. La primera etapa concluye cuando el poder de voto en @knitrias se encuentre al 100% y la delegación de @leveuf haya alcanzado 150 sp. Se ajustarán los votos. Se debe dar inicio a la etapa 2.

Segunda etapa

• Duración: 6 meses.

• Objetivo: Las cuentas deben llegar a poseer por sí mismas la cantidad de 500 sp. Cada cuenta que en el trayecto va llegando a 500 sp cede el lugar a una nueva cuenta.

• La cuenta @leveuf delega 200 sp a cada una de las cuentas seleccionadas bajo las siguientes condiciones y compromisos:

+Realizar por lo menos 2 publicaciones semanales y hasta una publicación diaria para ser apoyadas, con una calidad en constante crecimiento en cuanto al formato y presentación de las publicaciónes, comunicación adecuada de sus temas de interés y atención responsable a los comentarios en sus publicaciones.

+Votar a un porcentaje de 100% y comentar en un mínimo de cinco publicaciones de compañeros del Proyecto Knitrias diariamente.

+El auto-voto puede ser visto por diversos usuarios como algo positivo o negativo. Se considera en este contexto que podría ser de ayuda en el crecimiento de las cuentas, sin embargo quedará a discreción del usuario utilizarlo o no. De hacerlo, podrá ser en sus publicaciones, no más de una vez al día. No auto-voto en comentarios.

+El resto de los votos podrá distribuirse a criterio del usuario en las publicaciones de su interés procurando en la mayor medida dejar comentarios positivos a otros autores.

+Procurar hacer una distribución de los cinco votos para los miembros del proyecto de manera que no se concentren en los mismos usuarios a lo largo del tiempo. Sin embargo al mismo tiempo habrá que atender al crecimiento de las cuentas más pequeñas.

+Se propone a los miembros que no publiquen de manera diaria, hacer un comentario realmente significativo y de extensión considerable en la publicación de algún compañero. Un comentario por día podrá ser votado en lugar de la publicación.

+Se alienta a los miembros a mantener el poder de voto por arriba de 75+%

+Los miembros se comprometen a hacer power up de por lo menos 75% de las recompensas semanales.

+Se aconseja a los miembros emplear constantemente la etiqueta #knitrias-project y votar los reportes semanales.

• La intención es mantener la mayor actividad en la cadena de bloques sin emplear en esta etapa otros servidores para compartir información, publicaciones, comentarios y propuestas de actividades.

• La cuenta @knitrias publicará reportes semanales con un resumen del contenido de las publicaciones de los miembros relativas al proyecto. Así como estadísticas pertinentes para observar el desarrollo de las cuentas de los miembros y las transacciones realizadas por la cartera de la cuenta @knitrias.

• Se invitará de manera continua a los miembros a escribir escenas paralelas o posibles desarrollos de la historia de la Dra. Knitrias Maryana y los demás personajes contenidos en "El Estatuto de la longevidad". La creación de nuevos personajes en la historia es también bienvenida. Esto, sin embargo, no es obligatorio.

• Cada semana el reporte propondrá a los miembros un tema de investigación y producción de contenido en torno al contexto de la cadena de bloques que es sede por ahora de este proyecto. • Entre las publicaciones para el proyecto se podrá hablar de características o noticias de las diversas criptomonedas en términos de descripción y análisis, sin embargo se propone desalentar aquellas publicaciones que inviten al trading o proporcionen consejos financieros, sin embargo no estarán prohibidas terminantemente, sobre todo si el desarrollo de la publicación, el conocimiento, la oportunidad y su presentación valen la pena.

• Los miembros van compartiendo sus publicaciones y noticias de sus propias actividades dentro del grupo en el espacio de comentarios de los reportes semanales.

• El Proyecto Knitrias es neutral ante los puntos de vista particulares o generales de las publicaciones, opiniones ni comentarios de los autores, ni asume ningún derecho ni responsabilidad sobre la obra de sus miembros.

• Los votos a las publicaciones de los miembros se programarán de manera automatizada a los 5 minutos de la publicación, pausándose las votaciones si se llega a 80% en poder de voto. Evitando así el juicio del administrador al momento de votar o algún retraso en el tiempo del voto. La atención en el poder actual de voto en la cuenta @knitrias será responsabilidad de cada miembro. Comentarios de los miembros para recibir voto diario se apoyarán manualmente, así como votos que no hayan sido emitidos automáticamente. (Revisión en tiempo de Mérida, Mex).

• A pesar de la automatización del voto, todos las publicaciones y comentarios apoyados recibirán un comentario de revisión a título personal de la cuenta @leveuf.

• El Proyecto Knitrias alentará siempre la buena comunicación entre sus miembros y con todos los usuarios de steem y otras plataformas. Sólo implementará reglas básicas para la permanencia en el grupo, sin convertirse en responsable de emitir ningún juicio o penalización sobre las actividades de sus miembros o su trabajo.

• El enfoque del proyecto se centrará en el impulso a la creatividad, el aliento al trabajo y la cooperación mutua, productiva y pro-activa entre sus miembros.

• Se atenderá a toda propuesta auto-regulatoria encontrada como útil o necesaria por los miembros del grupo, atendiendo siempre al principio de balance entre libertad de expresión de los individuos y sus estrategias para la adecuada comunicación de los mensajes y el respeto entre todos los miembros y hacia todos los usuarios.

• La cuenta @knitrias hará re-steem de las publicaciones de sus miembros y otras publicaciones de interés.

• La cuenta @knitrias comenzará votando con su propio sp creando un trail con un primer miembro, la cuenta @leveuf siguiendo a un 30% (para este momento @leveuf contará únicamente con +/- 300 sp). Proyecto Knitrias buscará ir consolidando este proyecto a través de atraer el interés y apoyo de diversos usuarios y comunidades que se vayan integrando al trail de votación durante esta etapa.

• Los miembros del proyecto buscarán ir consolidando su propio crecimiento y base de apoyo buscando colaboraciones con diversos proyectos y usuarios en el ecosistema de steem. Mientras más pronto cada mimbro llegue a 500 sp, podrá ofrecer la oportunidad a un nuevo miembro de integrarse. Esto no implica en ningún sentido la separación de los miembros con el Proyecto si no que se les impulsa a encontrar maneras de seguir apoyando basados en los vínculos creados con sus compañeros de trabajo. El plan de trabajo inicial es de seis meses pero la permanencia es voluntaria.

• El re-steem de los reportes semanales de la cuenta @knitrias y de las publicaciones de sus miembros son recomendadas para todos aunque no obligatorias.

• Evaluación intermedia y ajustes a los tres meses de arrancado el proyecto.

Sobre la permanencia de los miembros en el Proyecto.

• El Proyecto funcionará a base del estimulo y no de las sanciones.
• Es altamente recomendable publicar un mínimo de dos veces por semana y no dejar pasar más de tres semanas haciendo una sola publicación.
• Dos semanas sin publicar sin aviso previo o noticia del usuario suponen la suspensión del apoyo.
• Una inadecuada distribución de votos recibirá constantes llamados de atención pudiendo llegar a la suspensión del apoyo.
• Se determinarán entre los miembros los procesos de apelación de las suspensiones si los hubiere.

Sobre la cuenta @knitrias

• La cuenta @knitrias sólo vota publicaciones y comentarios de los usuarios apoyados con delegación por el Proyecto Knitrias o eventualmente alguna de sus miembros graduados.

• La cuenta @knitrias nunca votará la cuenta @leveuf o la de algún usuario que la apoye vía trail o delegación y no pertenezca a los miembros del grupo de trabajo.

• La cuenta @leveuf puede recibir notificaciones pero no atenderá asuntos sobre el proyecto en el blog de su cuenta.

• Un voto diario por miembro. 10 votos diarios. En caso de publicaciones especiales se agrega un voto si es posible.

• La cuenta @knitrias no vota testigos ni propuestas SPS. Pero puede promover el conocimiento de sus proyectos entre sus miembros e invitarlos a la difusión a través la audiencia de cada uno.

• Se busca en esta primera etapa que la cuenta @knitrias pueda llegar por medio de su actividad por lo menos a 500 sp. Se sumará nuevo miembro al grupo apoyado a través de delegaciones de @knitrias si la cuenta llegara a 1000 sp durante los primeros cuatro meses de trabajo.

• Durante estos 6 meses se evaluará un posible proceso de creación de cuentas empleando las recompensas líquidas de @knitrias, las cuales podrán designarse a la invitación bajo la tutoría de alguno de los miembros apto y dispuesto para ello. Según su evolución a partir de su creación, estas nuevas cuentas quedarían en lista de espera para integrarse al apoyo por delegación del Proyecto Knitrias.

• En esta primera etapa la cuenta @knitrias se propone trabajar con el trail de votación y no buscará delegaciones, aunque serán bien recibidas y con el correspondiente reconocimiento en los reportes semanales agradeciendo el apoyo y difundiendo también el trabajo de estos proyectos y usuarios.

• Próximos a los seis meses de conclusión de la primera etapa se evaluará si el proyecto continúa bajo las siguientes condiciones:

  • Por lo menos la mitad de los miembros han llegado o están próximos a llegar a 500 sp.
  • La cuenta @knitrias ha llegado o rebasado los 500 sp.
  • Los miembros han desarrollado un buen ambiente de trabajo dentro del grupo de colaboración y existen deseos de seguir colaborando.
  • Los miembros egresados o por egresar están dispuestos a apoyar también con sus delegaciones a miembros nuevos.
  • El proyecto ha conseguido atención positiva y apoyo de un número creciente de usuarios.
  • Se establece una distribución de actividades y responsabilidades entre miembros interesados en continuar participando en el crecimiento del Proyecto en un espíritu de autónomía y autogestión.
  • La cuenta @leveuf se compromete, de continuar el proyecto, a mantener el apoyo de hasta 5 miembros, reduciendo gradualmente su participación según vayan egresando más miembros o la cuenta @knitrias pueda sostener por si misma las delegaciones.

• En caso de determinarse la suspensión de actividades, la cuenta @knitrias hará power down de la totalidad del sp acumulado repartiendo semanalmente 75% para power up de los miembros que hayan cubierto la totalidad de la primera etapa. El 25% se donará en líquido semanalmente a proyectos importantes decididos entre los usuarios e iniciativas que hayan apoyado al Proyecto Knitrias.

Posible Tercera etapa.

• Creación de una comunidad en steem y otras blockchains.
• Creación de un equipo de administración.
• Creación de un equipo de moderación.
• Crecimiento del número de miembros.
• Creación de una cuenta de curación.
• Posibilidades de inversión en el proyecto con estímulo financiero.
• Lanzamiento de iniciativas para el ecosistema general de steem.
• Definición de procesos de evaluación y auditoría de los avances del Proyecto.
