Why Does This Comic Even Exist..?!
Long story short I wrote a whistle blowing article STEEM Whistleblower: Hidden Gem and Featured Post Makers MAY be Crooks in which I'd brought into light the over 70% of rewards @stellabelle takes for featuring the secret authors.
She answered the call and agreed to give 100% the SBD to the authors as she still is holding the SP generated from the authors work as well. All is fine and dandy and I go nap for a few hour..
When I wake up all hells broken loose and I see Stella's gone ahead and posted this gem: 2 Problems Plaguing Steemit that Synereo has Already Solved which caused a substaintail number of her +1,000 followers to go gobble up this vaporware shitcoin...
Why on Earth would I chose Synereo over Steemit? Synereo Does NOT even Exist!
Less than 12 hours later the Synereo Devs announce they are dropping the coin price for the ICO and everyone who followed Stellas terribly researched advice ended up taking at minimum a 20%-30% loss on their investments.
We're talking thousands of dollars here lost all because no research was done and she was upset at the steemit platform.
Now while I'll always say that any investor should do his own research before buying anything.. Not everyone does this.. And when you have people buying shitcoins blindly and losing tons of money because an esteemed member of the steemit community decides to have a hissy fit and direct people towards vapourware... Something is going to be said about it..

Up voted for the art and humor. I did not up vote it for however this relates to @stellabelle as I truly don't know what happened to inspire this.

That's the problem with being human. We all have bad days. People need to learn not to give into Appeals to Authority. I went and actually checked the site after she spoke about it. She didn't say "hey everyone switch to this!" I decided it had a lot of work to be done before it was of any interest to me. It does have things it can do, yet the usability is very limited. So it isn't exactly vaporware as there is SOMETHING there. It is very much early alpha ware though from what I can see.
There is no one on this site (or any other) that can convince me to blindly spend my time and money. They definitely can get me interested enough to go look for myself though.
I also think humans have the right to make mistakes. We are all flawed. The media and good PR may try to hide that from normal celebrities but it's just smoke and mirrors.
I don't really see much I'd get in an uproar yet over @stellabelle.

I have to say I clicked the link and read her entire post again.
I do not see where she said she bought any, simply that she was joining. The graph shows an uptrend already happening and linking it to her.... is a stretch.
That said, hyping up a system that isn't fully developed while saying the ways it is better... also not very cool
But we all have the right to voice what we are unhappy with, a majority do it often :)

I'm personally not spending a dime on that ICO or platform. Steemit is where it's at assuming the necesarry things get implemented. :)
