I am not doing keto, but, I do watch my carbs--and I also feel better when I eat more fat

Honestly, I feel that even without keto, if people would just drop the carbs down, they would be way more healthy .

I belong to a few keto groups on fb, and they really push the lower fat to burn more body fat. I personally feel better and get better reaults on higher fat.

Same here. I get better results and feel better when eating higher fat. And to take it another level, I get better results and feel better than that while eating mostly only meat.
