Every 'public servant' is guilty of Treason and Breach of Trust and the evidence is prima facie.

All it takes to see the obvious is a moment of recognition.

Everyone that works for the government is any aspect or respect, directly or indirectly, is a servant of the people. This fact is obvious to anyone that believes in 'civilized society'. More so are those that swear oaths to serve and/or protect people in any aspect whatsoever. These individuals are ALWAYS bonded and insured. Judges, lawyers and law enforcement regardless of agency, firefighters, paramedics etc etc.
They are bonded and insured by the state that employs them with a scheme called 'Professional Performance Liability Insurance'. This is to protect the performing individual from any action against them in the event they are in fact liable for any damage to an individual or group as a result of them performing their duty as prescribed by the state of employ.
The assessment of legal liability is irrelevant here as people are not 'legal entities', they are living beings. This is a double-edged sword that people can use to debilitate and eventually destroy the financial 'powers that be' that think they own the world and everything and everyone on it. 

'Money talks, bullshit walks', right?
Any time your 'servants' pass a law that does not serve your best interests, or you feel acts against them then it is a 'Fundamental Breach of Trust'. Any time a judge or cop or ANY 'servant' acts against the best interests of any individual, as assessed by that individual, then they are committing actionable 'Substantial Breach of Trust' and can be held liable for tort by you personally if there are damages of any type incurred. (loss of income due to jail time, loss of reputation as a professional due to an arrest at a protest, loss of property due to coercive extortion committed against you, quantifiable losses of any type, etc)

Now comes the meat to go with the potatoes.
FIND OUT what department of the local state provides PPLI for your public servants and write a letter detailing the actions taken against you, when, by whom, and in what capacity and then explain that any such actions taken against you in ANY capacity whatsoever is seen by you as a Substantial Breach of Trust, as you 'trust' your servants to protect you and act in your best interests. (true anarchists will know this to be a farce, but to those still plugged into the 'matrix' it will be unconscionable and will require remedy ASAP)
DO NOT bring this argument into any court of 'law', these BENCHES/BANKS will use the opportunity to effect a remedy against your best interests and seal the docket to protect themselves against any further action taken by you. Just create a BLUE INK HANDWRITTEN letter to whomever sits in whatever office that handles PPLI and basically file a claim against their Professional Performance Liability Insurance. (this name describes what it actually is, but the implementation in your area may have another name)

Doing this is GUARANTEED to get a nearly immediate response. I myself did this in Canada. I accused a 'Master of the Court of Queen's Bench' of Breach of Trust for orders against me made in a civil suit. I had the Minister of Justice HIMSELF call me at home to negotiate a settlement. (at the time i failed to recognize it for what it was and failed to handle it appropriately)
I hope many of you will find this information useful in everything from civil suits made against you on behalf of fictitious entities that do not exist and therefore cannot suffer tort or loss of any kind, to administrative offences claimed by the state (traffic tickets and bylaw infractions).
I even encourage the use of it in criminal cases where there is no victim other than you being aggressed by the state and law enforcement agents. Make your claims for the full amount of any PPLI policy, it will eventually become so expensive to pay it off or fight it out that the system will be forced to do something to mitigate the cause. The LAST thing any government wants is to defend against a Breach of Trust case in open court.
