Job Description
The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for the comprehensive oversight of human resources and administrative operations.
This encompasses directing recruitment initiatives, cultivating favorable employee relations, instituting performance evaluation frameworks, coordinating training initiatives,
managing compensation and benefits administration, and upholding adherence to labor regulations and corporate guidelines.
Additionally, it is required to supervise administrative duties including office administration, documentation management, financial planning, legal conformity, occupational
health and safety protocols, and facilitation of communication channels and top leadership support.
Responsibility & Essential Functions
Primary - Human Resource Mgmt.
. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
. Oversee all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of employees.
. Manage employee relations activities, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues fairly and consistently.
. Lead the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
. Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards and organizational objectives.
. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
. Implement employee development programs, including training, coaching, and career development initiatives, to enhance employee skills and competencies.
. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect in the workplace.
. Collaborate with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on organizational changes, restructuring, and strategic initiatives.
. Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.
. Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to senior management to track HR performance and progress toward organizational goals.
. Stay informed of emerging HR trends, best practices, and technologies to continually improve HR processes and practices.
Secondary: Admin Mgmt.
. Oversee facilities management to ensure office spaces are well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
. Direct office administration processes such as reception, mail distribution, and procurement to uphold operational efficiency.
. Develop and manage budgets for administrative expenses, optimizing resource allocation.
. Establish and enforce organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
. Facilitate internal communication and liaise with external stakeholders as needed.
. Coordinate projects by managing resources and monitoring progress.
. Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions.
. Manage technology resources to enhance operational effectiveness.
. Collaborate with senior management to align administrative objectives with organizational goals.
. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering as needed by Top Leadership.
Other Duties as assigned
. Prepare reports for the C-suits.
. Support upper management.
. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI, and Teams at an intermediate level.
. Knowledge of total rewards fundamentals encompassing compensation, organizational development, and benefits.
. Skilled in utilizing various research tools to gather information on diverse subjects.
. Demonstrated proficiency in human resources software, including compensation and benefits platforms, alongside a thorough understanding of employment laws.
. Proven ability in leadership, with hands-on experience in effectively organizing and guiding teams.
. Communication skills in both spoken and written Korean and English
. Interpersonal abilities conducive to collaboration and relationship-building with colleagues.
. Responsibilities entail coordinating work activities and ensuring staff meet their obligations.
. Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
. Technical writing skills in both Korean and English.
