Job Seekers: Never call Recruiters / Headhunters if you have not developed the relationship
Calling a Recruiter / Headhunter without previously having established a working relationship is assuring yourself to get block and banned: Because calling out of the blue is the is just an interruption and a waste of time..
Texting either, if you are unable to make a fast presentation of yourself, and you are only asking about vacancies: Who in the world know what you are up to, except yourself. Think about it.
Worst is making a video call to someone you have never interacted with, in order to ask for vacancies.
It just tells, you don't even have an idea of what Job Search is about nor the process involved in recruiting & & selection of personnel.
That is what Networking is all about: Making the right Connections and Relationships
