@STEEPSHOT 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP ENTRY / Keisuke Honda 本田圭佑
This is an article for entry to the @steepshot contest "STEEPSHOT 2018 FIFA WORLD CUP". Also, this is my first article using steepshot. I am focusing on Keisuke Honda, Japan national football player. Jersey number is 4. He was playing on AC Milan. However, he could not play an active part. I think he have been feeling frustrated for the last 4 years. I hope he will finish the World Cup with a smile.

今回は、@steepshotのコンテストにエントリーするための記事です。@steepshotから初めて記事を投稿します。
私が、FIFAワールドカップロシア大会の日本代表のなかで、最も注目している選手は本田圭佑選手です。
なぜなら、優勝宣言をして臨んだにも関わらず、1引き分け2敗という結果に終わった前回のブラジル大会から、ずっと悔しい思いをしてきたと思うからです。
本田選手は、数年前までビッククラブの一つとされていた ACミランで、自ら10番を希望し、2014年から2017年までプレーしました。しかし、過去に10番を付けていた選手のように輝くことができないままチームを去ることになり、メキシコのチーム パチューカに移籍しました。
ブラジル大会からの4年間の本田選手は、なかなか自分にとっていい風が吹かなかった時期だったと思います。
おそらく最後のワールドカップになるであろう、ロシア大会。いい笑顔で大会を終えられると良いな、と思います。
