みなさんは、どんな新年を迎えましたか？私は今年初めてのお昼ご飯を決めるときに「どこが良い？」と聞かれたので、「A」と答えたら「B」になったことがありました（笑）私に聞く前に、その人のなかで答えが出ていたようです。
個人的には、それをしっかり笑いに変えることが出来て良かったです。日々の暮らしのなかで直面する予定不調和なことに対し、思いの切り替えを少しでもして行ける年にしたいです。
