[MINI] トークン保持者UPVOTEの最低保持数が引き上げられました＋お知らせ

MINIトークンを保有することで、41万SPの@minigameからUPVOTEを受けられますが、これまでは、最低70MINIが保持する必要がありましたが、100MINIに引き上げられました。
