Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training.
今日は仕事の後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。

This time I did an interval training on a treadmill. I repeated 2-minute dash followed by 3-minute jog. It was pretty hard. My heart rate didn't decrease so much during the jog. It was a good workout for me.
今回はトレッドミルでインターバルトレーニングをしました。2分ダッシュの後3分ジョグを繰り返しました。かなりきつかったです。ジョグの間も心拍数はあまり下がりませんでした。いいトレーニングになりました。

By the way, today the Tamba-Sasayama Marathon organizers announced that tomorrow they will decide whether or not to hold the race as scheduled. I guess there is a high possibility of the cancellation, because other local marathons decided to be cancelled, such as the Himeji Castle Marathon.
ところで、今日、丹波篠山マラソンの主催者が、レースを予定通り開催するかどうか明日決定するとアナウンスしました。僕の予想では、中止の公算が高いと思います。姫路城マラソンなど他の地方マラソンも中止を決定しているからです。

Anyway, I just wait for the decision tomorrow.
ともかく、明日の決定を待つしかありません。
