Hypoxic Training Log 2020-02-13 <Treadmill Running After Interval Of 1 Week> 低酸素トレーニング記録2020-02-13<1週間ぶりのトレッドミル走>
Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work. I ran on a treadmill after an interval of 1 week.
今日は仕事の後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。1週間ぶりにトレッドミルで走りました。
I had not yet recovered from the fatigue by the workout of 42 km running on Tuesday, but I managed to increase the pace. As I tried too hard a little, my SpO2 dropped to 77%. The estimated running distance barely reached 5 km in a 30-minute session. This time I sweated more than usual hypoxic training.
火曜日の42km走ワークアウトの疲れがまだ残っていましたが、なんとかペースを上げることができました。少し無理をしたので、酸素飽和度は79%まで下がってしまいました。30分間の推算走行距離はぎりぎり5kmに届きました。
