Tomorrow is the day of the UNICEF Cup Kobe Valentine Love Run. I'm going to run a half marathon in the race.

Today I went to the usual hypoxic gym. Today's intention was not training but conditioning. So I pedaled an exercise bike easily in order not to make my legs tired. Although my heart rate didn't increase enough for training, that was enough for conditioning on a day before the race.


By the way, according to the weather forecast, tomorrow also will be cold.

The coldness is preferred for making a good result in the race. I just worry that the wind will be strong. Now my physical condition is far from perfect, but I will do my best. As the race is a big one that a few thousand runners take part in, it is impossible for me to be highly ranked in the race. But I'd like to break into the top 100.
