Tomorrow is the day of the UNICEF Cup Kobe Valentine Love Run. I'm going to run a half marathon in the race.
明日はユニセフカップ神戸バレンタインラブランです。ハーフマラソンに出走します。

Today I went to the usual hypoxic gym. Today's intention was not training but conditioning. So I pedaled an exercise bike easily in order not to make my legs tired. Although my heart rate didn't increase enough for training, that was enough for conditioning on a day before the race.
今日はいつもの低酸素ジムへ行きました。今日の目的はトレーニングではなく、調整なので、足を疲れさせないように、エクササイズバイクを楽にこぎました。心拍数もあまり上がらなかったのでトレーニングには不十分ですが、レース前日の調整としては十分です。

By the way, according to the weather forecast, tomorrow also will be cold.
ところで、天気予報によると明日も寒くなるようです。

The coldness is preferred for making a good result in the race. I just worry that the wind will be strong. Now my physical condition is far from perfect, but I will do my best. As the race is a big one that a few thousand runners take part in, it is impossible for me to be highly ranked in the race. But I'd like to break into the top 100.
寒いのは、レースでいい結果を出すのに好都合です。風が強くならないかだけが心配です。今の体調は万全には程遠いですが、全力を尽くします。数千人が参加する大規模レースなので、上位に入るのは無理ですが、100位以内には入りたいと思います。
