Today was the first day of February. I'm due to run a half marathon 1 week after. And there was just a month left before the next full marathon, Sasayama Marathon.
今日から2月です。1週間後にはハーフマラソンがあり、さらに次のフルマラソン、篠山マラソンまでちょうど1ヶ月です。

Today I was off. I went out for long running in the morning.
今日は仕事が休みだったので、朝からロング走をしました。

The wind was so strong that the pace was unstable, and I got tired more than expected.
風が強かったのでペースが安定せず、思ったより疲れました。

In the afternoon I had a gathering to attend. After the gathering, I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training.
午後から用事があったので、その後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。

As usual I ran on a treadmill. Because of the fatigue from real running in the morning, I was not able to increase the pace enough. But after the workout, I felt lighter a little.
いつものようにトレッドミルで走りました。朝の実走の疲れのせいで、十分ペースを上げることができませんでしたが、ワークアウトの後は少し体が軽くなりました。
