Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work. This is the last workout in this month.
今日は仕事の後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。これが今月最後のワークアウトです。

As usual, I ran on a treadmill. This time I was not able to increase the pace enough, perhaps because of the fatigue from yesterday's running. The estimated running distance didn't reach 5 km in a 30-minute session.
いつものとおり、トレッドミルで走りましたが、昨日のランニングの疲労のせいか、今回は十分にペースを上げることができませんでした。30分間の推算走行距離は5kmに届きませんでした。

I will take part in the half marathon section. My number is "2129". I'm still not in good shape, but I will do my best.
