Let's continue on to Part 2 of my visit to The Magnificent Huis Ten Bosch!

As I had mentioned in the first part of this post, this place is extremely beautiful and fully packed to the brim with activities and places to visit. It is hard to visit every attraction in one day, especially if you want to spend time taking photos and enjoying what each place has to offer.

We had an itinerary and we had to stick to it so that we could make it back on the train in time at night.

We first visited the Adventure Park. You could say that this place was a big hit for families and kids. It is not a typical amusement park with roller coasters and scary rides. It is a little like SparkC or OBS camp for those familiar with Singapore lingo.

It's such a waste I did not get to take more photos as I stored them in the lockers while I was waiting for my Flying Fox. I only hope my narration will do it some justice. We wore our harnesses and gear, and followed the guide to the flying fox structure. It was not a long ride, but you could feel the cool air as you traversed down some patches of flowers, and you could get a view of the beautiful area around and people below you. It's really fun!

Some other attractions included this structure where people had to put an easter egg on a bowl attached to the top of their helmet. Then they had to try to complete the entire course without dropping the egg. It was an Easter special. I believe that they got a prize after that. But it was no easy feat as you have to be quite flexible and strong to even complete the course. Naturally, many eggs were seen on the floor.

Climbing around with eggs on their heads!

Next, we went to this shop that rented out vehicles!
We wanted to travel around this enormous park on something fun.
So guess which one we chose?

definitely not the pram

Say Hi to our new duo-bicycle!

If you are here with someone to Huis Ten Bosch, I high recommend getting this bike, it's really fun to ride around and you can store picnic food or your belongings in the basket.

While riding around, we saw some dogs.

Over here I thought it was an interesting sight, as we have this small poodle and a big poodle (?) Up until now I have no idea what kind of dog that is.

We rode and parked beside this beautiful garden.

The Ferris wheel is a good backdrop to take photos with. I did not see anyone riding it though...

The Ferris wheel actually looks rather small right?

photo6255859380226467851.jpg

It was actually really crowded in Huis Ten Bosch, but because the place is so huge, everyone is quite spread out. Especially when you are riding the duo bicycle, this gives you a lot of space to roam around.

Stay tuned for even more Huis Ten Bosch coming up. We aren't even close to finishing!
