the original scene has always been strong in scandinavia , big in holland too, but later shifted a lot to eastern-europe, not just poland but if you look around there's a lot of coding talent in that place ... maybe thats putins ulterior motive after securing grain for the next 20 (because finland and denmark are further and islands ...)
