Poland 1944 Diorama - PART 3 (ITA/ENG)
Hello everyone, today we try to give a primitive form to the diorama under construction by inserting the first objects on the base and the perimeter of the crumbling walls on printed plastic. As mentioned in the video presentation the pieces of the wall and other accessories are hot-printed in a single piece of plastic, so I will have to cut the edges very carefully and proceed to the fixing of the two halves creating a homogeneous whole.

Buongiorno a tutti, oggi cerchiamo di dare una forma primitiva al diorama in allestimento inserendo i primi oggetti sulla base e il perimetro dei muri fatiscenti su plastica stampata. Come detto in video di presentazione i pezzi di muro e altri accessori sono stampati direttamente a caldo in un unico pezzo di plastica, quindi dovrรฒ tagliare i bordi in maniera molto accurata e procedere al fissaggio delle due metร creando un tutt'uno omogeneo.

Bisognerร tagliare tutti i pezzettini e unire tutte le metร per creare un unico pezzo omogeneo. Il problema รจ che tagliando con un taglierino o qualsiasi strumento vogliate non sarร MAI perfetto, quindi sorgono problemi |

Obviously the irregular edges to be finished are obviously noticeable, but it is useless to finish them with a file or some sandpaper, I have something else in mind. | Unendo tutte le metร , posizionandole con 8 litri di colla (ho esagerato un po') e appoggiandoci sopra lo ZIS-3 appena concluso ieri ecco come appare. Si notano ovviamente i bordi irregolari da rifinire, ma รจ inutile rifinirli con una lima o della carta vetrata, ho altro in mente. |
| The diorama has suitable seats for both the ZIS-3 wheels and the feet inserted into the ground. Little freedom of choice but that's okay, at least I can play better. As for the destroyed wall, it was quite difficult to be able to shape it (I'm talking about a couple of good hours of quarrels and A LOT of glue). Above all because the plastic is quite thin and therefore too malleable and not very ductile. You risk doing damage by trying to bend a piece of plastic and see it broken without even noticing it | Il diorama prevede delle sedi opportune sia per le ruote dello ZIS-3 sia per i piedi inseriti nel terreno. Poca libertร di scelta ma va bene cosรฌ, almeno posso giostrarmi meglio. Riguardo invece al muro distrutto รจ stato abbastanza ostico riuscire a dargli forma (parlo di un paio d'ore buone di litigi e TANTA colla). Soprattutto perchรฉ la plastica รจ abbastanza scarsa e sottile quindi troppo malleabile e poco duttile. Si rischia di far danni provando a piegare un pezzo di plastica e vederlo spezzato senza neanche accorgersene |

Credimi, se mi conoscessi diresti che non sono un tipo con una pazienza elevata. E' piรน che altro passione nel ridare vita a tempi passati e avere pezzi di storia fatta da me a casa, la pazienza vien da sรฉ
Sto rincorrendo i post che ho saltato, come ben sai, per impegni inderogabili, e questo non potevo mancarlo, almeno quando me ne rendo conto.
