Robotic beer production | Produzione robotica di birra
ENG - In this sketch I wanted to imagine a brewery of a future not far away. Beer is typically a production that requires a lot of passion, knowledge and personality. Although there are different types of beers, there is not a beer that is equal to another even within a "category". Differences are maybe subtle but brewers can masterly alternate the ingredients and recipes. These elements have led the production of craft beers to a state of art.
In some cases, even if the robotization simplifies the work, it can take away the charm of the "handmade" and remove the human factor. Is man destined to be used as a simple observer or will pure craftsmanship always find its space? What do you think?
*ITA - In questo sketch ho voluto immaginare una fabbrica di birra di un futuro non molto lontano. La birra è tipicamente una produzione che richiede molta passione, conoscenza e personalità. Anche se ci sono diverse tipologie di birre, non si trova una birra che sia uguale all'altra nemmeno all'interno di una "categoria". Differenze magari sottili ma che i mastri birrai sanno trovare magistralmente alternando gli ingredienti e sbizzarrendosi nelle ricette. Elementi questi che hanno portato la produzione di birre artigianali a uno stato di arte.
In alcuni casi la robotizzazione anche se semplifica il lavoro può togliere quel fascino del "fatto a mano" e a togliere appunto il fattore umano. L'uomo è destinato a essere impiegato come semplice osservatore o l'artigianato puro troverà sempre il suo spazio? Cosa ne pensate?

A me piace la birra, poi ci sono quelle speciali che le producono solo per le feste di paese (in Germania) e quelle mi piacciono ancora di più. In Germania chiamano la birra anche “pane liquido”. Fa capire quanto importante sia la birra per i tedeschi 😬.
Comunque credo che il mestiere Braumeister non sarà sostituito da un robot. È un arte che solo un essere umano sa perfezionare.
Posso solo immaginare quanto possano essere buone e speciali delle belle birre artigianali!
Lo spero anche io e sono contento che in questi ultimi anni c'è stato un ritorno importane sul mercato di birre regionali.

Essentially I think that in the plant is the best quality and the purest states due to the trained engineers who work for these studies, on the other hand we see that in the craft is simpler but beneficial for its more concentrated and pure state without base of previous ingredients to make beer. Good question. Scientists claim that we only use a very small percentage. If that's the case and we have accomplished so much, how much more potential do we have?

Odio la birra (giuro che ci ho provato in tutti i modi a farmela piacere ma non è servito a niente 🤷🏻♀). Ma sono sicura che il mio ragazzo apprezzerebbe e non poco un impianto automatizzato gestito dai robot che gli producono birra a volontà!! 😂😂

Who knows what will happen in the future but these kind of situation mankind is indeed about to face in the future where these machines will take over the work of people in many ways !

Es verdaderamente interesante, los detalles de la imagen que realizas son realmente buenos y parece que te gusta mucho la cerveza, no es de mis gustos preferidos, pero una idea futurista eficaz.
Eheh muchas gracias! Me encanta la cerveza, pero realmente prefiero la buena cerveza artesanal, hecha a mano con compromiso. Espero que las pequeñas cervecerías regionales aún hayan sobrevivido durante mucho tiempo. ¡Saludos!
Sinceramente il tuo disegno mi spaventa un po', non che non sia bello, perché la tua inconfondibile mano è sempre presente, ma questa idea che anche un'attività altamente professionale come la produzione della birra possa essere demandata a robots non so quanto possa corrispondere alla realtà, questa lavorazione, come altre molto particolari, forse sarebbe meglio lasciarle al genere umano, sicuramente verrò smentito dai fatti.

Spero vivamente che sarà così, almeno per delle produzioni artigianali-locali. Ma in generale, non solo per la birra xD. Cmq negli ultimi anni si è vista una rinascita del mercato delle birre artigianali, e spero che questo andazzo continui. Anche se costano un po' di più è un vero piacere gustare la diversità e qualità di questi prodotti! Grazie mille e cari saluti anche a te!
