Can a computer have multiple IP addresses at the same time?

The IP address is based on NIC card of Computer/laptop. as if we possible to increase the number of NIC cards for single computer, we can achieve multiple IP addresses.

Else we can use method, “IP Bouncing”. If anyone done IP bouncing, the person can able to change its IP address after each interval, which is like changing IP address automatically over worldwide.
