UPDATED: IOTA/ETH now tradable on Bitfinex + EOS/BTC/ETH trading starts TODAY!
1. IOTA
Most of you know that I am a big fan of IOTA.
The only exchange where it is currently listed is Bitfinex (so far).
Recently I discovered that you can now trade IOTA vs. ETH on the exchange directly.
2. EOS
EOS the future OS based on Ethereum developed by none other than @dan (Daniel Larimer) and his new team is one of the most interesting ICOs for me so far.
The first phase of the ICO ends today.
To my surprise Bitfinex has announced to start listing EOS to be tradable starting TODAY; meaning directly after the first distribution of the first phase of ICO tokens (3 phases are planned)
IOTA/ETH
While you would think that Iota is being traded the same price against BTC as is against ETH you are wrong.
The order books look totally different, too. While there has been a huge sell wall on the IOTA/BTC market the IOTA/ETH seems to be the other way around, meaing way more people want to buy! This will eventually correct itself soon...
EOS/BTC/ETH
Trading should be starting today as the first phase of EOS token ends and they are available.
The announcement was made on the EOS website:

And Thank You so much for all Informations ..."
@zeuss11
@blocklab! Again! You made a perfect reaserch for us ! It is good to follow your advices about currency Market !
Your blog increases my trading and crypto knowledge everyday. Thanx for sharing it.
Holding that iota. I was attempting to grab some eos they blocked my us ip, So sad. I thought I read that if you got in on that ico your coins would be locked up for a year. Not sure if that was accurate. I was like what?! When I noticed it will be on sell on Bitfinex. Well, may have to buy some on there. Thanks for the post.
I also read the note: US people are not allowed to participate. But now you can buy them against BTC on the exchange anyways^^
keep in mind 2nd and 3rd wave of EOS are yet to be distributed. 200k are now only 20% of the total ICO!
Have to wait till IOTA gets in more exchanges.
But for sure good product here I think . Need to start use Bitfinex i guess.
Cause I'm the one in Polo, and we know the story..
Thanks for sharing this 🔝
it is good for any coin to be listed on more exchanges.
Just try to use exchanges only for exchanges!
I am also not following this rule 100% but your coins are only 100% in your ownership and control if you and only you have your private key!
Thanks for good advice.
Exciting! =)
its definitely an interesting technology, in which robots can communicate with each other. I just have some problems with the classification iota and miota and the price which is listened on coinmarketcap. its bit confusing
agree =)
miota = 1 million iota . that's why coinmarket cap put a * behind the supply.
2.779.530.283 MIOTA = 2.779.530.283.277.761 IOTA
lol... the reason there are large orders on either side of each of those pairs is likely someone spreading and doesn't necessarily indicate true buying interest. FYI
thx. for your reply. that is also another perspective on this topic of any market that is not big enough yet to be free from manipulation.
upvoted, real deal , im curious to check it out ,thanks :)
Very informative, thank you!
Are you aware of any announcement, as to when IOTA will be available on other exchanges (Kraken eg.)?
I'm also a big fan of IOTA and very interested to see how it will develop over the next couple of months, now that the initial hype has kind of cooled down a bit.
Greetings
Currently I am not aware of any other exchanges. I used to buy my first IOTA on the ydx slack channel, but not sure if that is open again for trading?!
