Investing into solar energy vs buying oil.

in #invest7 years ago

For more than 80 years the countries of the European union have choosen to buy oil every year instead of investing into renewable energy.
We buy for 75 billion of oil every year.
We are burning this oil into our car engine, heating our homes and manufacturing goods.

The countries who are extracting and selling this oil became fabulously rich. They have invest their money into banks, prestigious hotels and a wide range of industries.

This is not making economic sense for the people burning oil ! (we, the European !)
Imagine if the governments have subsidised the renewable energy (RE) and that European companies have invested into RE plants. All this money would have be re invested by Europeans into Europe.
Image that 750 billions of euro would have been reinvest into our economy for the last ten years.
We would be much richer.

Then, there is the problem of redistributing wealth wich is much discuss here on steemit through the basic income. Basic income is a new way to dispatch wealth created by the society. Who is creating the wealth into the society ? Every body : entrepreners, workers, teachers, medecins, nurses …
How is it dispatched ? Very poorly like in all part of the world. The 8 most rich people own as much as 4 billion people !

Solar coach thinks that a better way to dispach weath is to collectively own solar plants or solar roofs. 90 % of the population is living in town and solar energy could provide 35 % of our need.
Where to install solar plants ? On the roof of buildings, companies and poor agricultural land.

Mainly, people need more education. They have to learn what is a currency, how wealth can be redistribute, what is energy and how it can be used. This is the objective of solar coach : to educate people and to promote solar energy.
