Well, Im not quite sure who you mean by "others". The steemit system is made so that the more there are votes, the less every vote is worth. So in a way every vote anybody makes, harm somebody else's earnings. But this is how the system works. The bot itself do not take away from anybody's earnings, it only upvotes your post with your delegated steem power
