My Steemit journey starts here
Hello Steemit! My name is Teandarama Beullega, 20 years old from Sabah, Malaysia.
A little bit of myself and how I discovered Steemit:
People always misunderstood me as an Indian or having Indian origins because of my name. Some even thought it sounded like a Spanish name (clearly not). However, I am 100% pure Dusun, one of the biggest race in Sabah. Currently I'm taking TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language).
I come from a village rich in culture and traditions, surrounded by green hills just below the majestic Mount Kinabalu.

(I'm thinking on writing about my beautiful village in my upcoming posts. Hope you guys will like it!)
A few years ago, I wanted to write. I wanted to share my thoughts and express myself through blogs but at that time I wasn't sure of my capabilities and if it will work. Plus, internet was a problem so I couldn't get myself to discover blogging. Recently, I discovered Steemit. I went through the posts that realized that there's a whole lot of potential for me to not only start writing but also to improve myself and learn from others. Thanks to our mentor, whose husband is also on Steemit @alvinauh, who introduced Steemit to me and my friends.
