I like to live with a muscular body

i"m Lazarus Clyde Murdoch I'm not a gym rat, fitness enthusiast, Cardio lover, or meat head. My body came from the thought that I need to survive any physical threat that may come my way at any possible time… I have always admired that 300 Spartan movie and the motivation never left me. So I spent around 5 years developing natural aesthetics and strength.

Here are the results.



Living with this physique hasn't been bothersome since the day of it's creation. I don't deal with harassment because I'm too intimidating to people. Women try to grope me or touch me in certain areas by subtle means, but once again, I don't talk much and I'm intimidating with a stare in my eyes of a deadly panther. People more than often rethink their actions or stray away. Lol, my physique is a great way to attract unwanted attention and scare away at the same time.

I'm actually very agile and know how to fight. I'm actually 3x stronger than I appear, some days I do want to just fight for the sake of It, but I don't. When the day comes and I have to defend myself… Let's just say I've been waiting for a long time for that to happen and I'll be ready.

Clothes aren't an issue in most cases. I'm only 180lbs and 6 feet 3 inches tall. I can find clothes pretty much anywhere.

I honestly hate gyms with a passion. The culture or so called clientele is full of wannabes or nevergonnabes that walk around in whats fashionable and have this innate need to follow an exercise program from some douchey douche that profits off of ignorance.

I had every excuse in the book to not go out running today, it was cold, I was tired, I’ve got loads of work to do blah blah blah!
But ultimately it comes down to how important it is and how much you want to achieve that goal you’ve set yourself!

Work for it, keep positive and focused and most of all don’t give up! .
