Hi, I'm shinypenny. I'm a woman, a mom, attempting to be a blogger, but I'm not a mommyblogger. I'm an assembler, attempting to be a technician. I'm a woman in a male-dominated field doing my best to keep an even keel between the bro-centric culture without succumbing to the siren song of radical feminism. I am pro-choice in all things; make your decision and live by it.
I'm a full time worker, and a part-time student, attempting to fulfill all the aspects of my life at once; I suppose I'm greedy. I am trying to be the best person I can be without becoming a smug jackass about it- no one likes an arrogant writer who hasn't earned their cred yet.
I love building things, whether it's computer equipment or fresh cheese. I love music, whether it's bluegrass or J-pop or 80's hair metal. I love nature and I love city life. I am brand new to Steemit and want to meet new ideas here! I welcome suggestions for new things to check out and experience!
