G’day Steemit! My crypto-crazy husband introduced me…
… because I’m a crypto-newbie and I’ve been wanting to start a blog. Steemit seems like a great place to combine these things! I’ve been on Steemit for a week and thought it was time to add my #introduceyourself post.
I live about 40 minutes south of Sydney, #Australia in the beautiful Southern Highlands. I go for a bushwalk almost every morning, and this is a photo of the bushland that is about 2 minutes from home:
I love photography, writing, reading, learning, seeking out new adventures, travelling, everything tech and all things geeky.
My husband and family are my biggest priority in life. I have two kids... I don’t like to post pictures them online, but here are silhouettes of the kids at Huskisson Beach:

What can I offer the Steemit community?
Creating and manipulating images is an obsession for me, so I would like to share some of these images on Steemit.
I absolutely love to take photographs of itty bitty things, like water drops. Here is one I took a couple of weeks ago for a themed macro group on Flickr:
Can you see what is in the water drop? (Hint: The theme was “Things you do to stay healthy.”)
I’m also an audiologist…
What’s an audiologist??? Audiology is all about ears and hearing. We do hearing tests, diagnose and help treat hearing loss, balance problems and tinnitus (phantom noises in your ears).

The picture of trees is stunning.
The picture with the kids silhouette, have a silhouette of tree on a rock, I think, at the left side that looks like a portrait of a face from the side.
The drop picture is just amazing. Never seen this method of taking pictures before. Is that a red pepper there?
