Newbie - Self Introduction - About Me
After viewing some amazing self introduction posts, I'm nervous about what to write so I'll keep it short and simple.
I am Sara.
I have a passion for health and fitness. I became fond of this passion after gaining significant amount of weight. This occurred because I was constantly giving into my unhealthy food cravings. I know beating food cravings can be a struggle, hence, after being introduced to Steemit, I thought this would be a good medium to share successful food craving tips and strategies.
It doesn't matter who you are or what niche you're in, we all can benefit from learning ways to control food cravings to reduce or maintain weight.
