Reach out to people

Hi steemians, I have been away for sometime because of circumstances beyond my control. Am back and back for good. We can do better than before, where did we stop and what did I miss😊.

So many of us are drowning in the sea of life, but we are so scared to call out for help because we don't want to be seen as incompetent in handling life's tides or because being vulnerable is not equated to strength.

We care so much about what people will say, so we loose ourselves to solitary when all we need to get salvage is to reach out and ask for help.

We were not created into this world as cohabiting creatures for no reason.
The people around us are not just monuments of decorations, they exist for times when we cannot contend our happiness alone or contend our troubles and fears alone.

The people around you are not ghosts.
They are not animals, they are human beings like you and I. We are created for a purpose and you can only achieve that purpose through humans not ghosts.

Cry out if you can, reach out to as many as possible.

Depression is real, nothing kills faster than it😪 , it can make you to go insane in just seconds. Don't die in silence because nobody knows it all, no man is an Island.

Even the Bible made it clear to us in the book of Genesis chapter two (2) verse twenty (20) " and Adam gave names to all the cattle and the fowl of the air and to every beast of the field but to Adam there was not found an help meet for him".
